The holiday homes Ljubica-Blue and Mladen-Grey are located in the Fuškulin settlement, only a 10-minute drive to the center of Poreč and the Zelena Laguna beach. This is a semi-detached house, divided into two units, which function separately. Each house has its own private entrance, private parking, and a yard with a private pool and a beach around the pool.
Holiday House Ljubica is spread over two floors. The house can accommodate a total of 8 people (four bedrooms). On the first floor, there is a spacious kitchen and living room, and one bathroom. The living room has access to a beautiful large terrace/balcony with a view of the pool and green surroundings.
Fuškulin is a small and beautiful Istrian village located southeast of Poreč. It is on a hill facing west, from where there is a beautiful view of the sea and the town of Funtana. Numerous holiday homes with swimming pools have been built on that part. In the village, there is a small restaurant with a big name, Mića Konoba. For everyone who visits Fuškulin, we recommend going to a tavern for lunch or dinner and enjoying the sunset with the flavors of Istria.
