Villa Gemini features a 200 sqm space spread over two floors. On the ground floor, there is a spacious living room with a seating area, fireplace, fully equipped kitchen with dining area, and two bedrooms each with their own bathroom. On the first floor, there are 2 more spacious bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, and a balcony with a breathtaking panoramic view of the sea. The house is situated on a fenced plot of 1200 m2 and offers guests the following outdoor amenities: a 50 sqm saltwater pool, sun loungers, well-maintained lawn, summer kitchen with barbecue fireplace and a covered terrace by the pool, a separate toilet, and several parking spaces.

Villa Gemini is located in the village of Anzici in the green interior of Istria, about 19 km from Porec and the beaches, while the nearest restaurant and grocery store are in the town of Visnjan, 8 km away. In the large outdoor area, you will also find play options for children, table tennis, and a trampoline. For those who prefer to spend their vacation in the not-too-hot months before or after the season, the pool can be heated upon request.

If the TENANT cancels or terminates the reservation, the following cancellation fees will be charged:
For cancellations up to 42 days before arrival: full refund.
For cancellations from 41 days to 28 days before arrival: 30% of the total reservation amount will be charged.
For cancellations from 27 days to 8 days before arrival: 70% of the total reservation amount will be charged.
For cancellations from 7 days to 1 day before arrival: 80% of the total reservation amount will be charged.
For cancellations on the day of arrival or NO SHOW: 100% of the total reservation amount will be charged.
The date of cancellation is considered to be the date on which the cancellation notice is received. (for Sundays or public holidays, the following business day applies). In case of no-show or an unannounced delay, ISTRALINE retains the total amount of the reservation.
