Semi-detached holiday home in a modern thatched house. On 100 sqm living space and the big terrace you will find here an ideal place to relax quietly located at the Darßer forest.
Altogether 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms offer enough space for 2-6 persons. In the stylishly furnished living area you will find a comfortable corner couch, a gas fireplace and a spacious dining table. The Achternhus is situated in the southern part of Prerow at the forest. Here you live very close to nature and quiet.
Due to the location at the Darßer Wald you can start from here very good excursions to the lighthouse and the popular west beach.
Nearby there is a small wine tavern. In 15 min. walking distance you reach the center with shops for shopping, restaurants, post office, bank and more.
To the north beach you reach by foot in approx. 25 min, with the bicycle you need only 10 min.

If rental agreements are canceled, the tenant is obliged to pay the agreed contract amount less the expenses saved by the landlord. These expenses are charged at 20% of the overnight price.
