The living room, bathroom and kitchen are on the ground floor. The living room consists of a sitting area (TV, 2 armchairs, 2-seater sofa) and a dining area (dining table with 4 chairs). The kitchen connects to the living room and is equipped with, among other things, a combination microwave, gas stove, refrigerator and dishwasher.
The bathroom has a shower and toilet. Via a staircase at the entrance you go to the upper floor where there are 2 bedrooms. The first bedroom has two single beds (90x200) and a washbasin. The second bedroom has a double bed (queen size).
A digital parking system is used in Egmond. If you give us your car registration number in advance, we will make it known in the system. The permit is valid from check-in to check-out.

The summer house is located in the southern part of Egmond aan Zee. Due to the favorable location, both the nautical center 'de Werf' and the southern beach access can be reached on foot.
The bustling village center 'het Pompplein' is also nearby. Here you will find several restaurants and live music is often played on Sundays during the summer season.
The dune entrance is located 300m from the summer house on the Churchilllaan. From here there are various walking routes, dune access tickets are included in the price.
The Karel Doormanlaan is car-free and therefore not accessible by car. The nearest parking bay is located 20 meters from the summer house on the Rooseveltstraat at the level of. no. 32. You can ring the bell at the main house (no. 17) for the key.

Free Cancellation
Guests can cancel their reservation at any time before the start of their stay at no cost. No cancellation fees will be charged.
Cancellation Procedure
How to Cancel: To cancel a reservation, the guest must contact us via email. Please include the guest's name, booked dates, and reason for cancellation in the cancellation request.
Cancellation Confirmation: Upon receiving the cancellation request, we will send a confirmation message via email or another agreed communication method to confirm that the cancellation has been successfully processed.
Refunds (if applicable)
Deposits or Advance Payments: If a deposit or advance payment has been made, the full amount will be refunded within 14 days after the cancellation is confirmed.
No-show Policy
If the guest does not show up on the check-in day without prior cancellation, it will be considered a no-show, and the landlord reserves the right to charge the full amount].

Guests can change their reservation by contacting us via email. Changes are subject to availability, and no additional fees will be charged for changing a reservation.
The price includes tourist tax, bed linen, towels, dune access tickets and parking permit.
