If the sun is shining, there is an awning that can be folded out as protection. For the adventurous, there is a rowing boat ready at the private jetty, ready to take you on exciting excursions or peaceful fishing trips. The lake is your playground and you can explore its secrets in peace and quiet. Between the house and the lake passes the small dirt road with very limited traffic. The house's social areas are perfect for spending time with family and friends. In the spacious living room, there is plenty of room for everyone to gather and create memories that will last a lifetime. The open floor plan allows you to cook in the modern kitchen while engaging in conversation and laughter with your loved ones. The house is equipped with a bathroom and also a separate WC. When it's time to sleep, the house offers three cozy bedrooms, all equipped with comfortable double beds, one of which is in the guest house. Here you sleep well and can wake up rested and ready for a new day filled with adventure and discovery. Der Kunde kann bis zum Beginn des Ferienhausaufenthaltes jederzeit durch Erklärung gegenüber DC von seinem Vertrag zurücktreten. Tritt der Kunde von dem Vertrag zurück oder tritt er den Aufenthalt nicht an, so kann DC Ersatz für die von DC getroffenen Vorkehrungen für den Ferienhausaufenthalt und für DC’s Aufwendungen verlangen. Bei Berechnungen des Ersatzes sind gewöhnlich ersparte Aufwendungen und die gewöhnlich mögliche anderweitige Verwendung der Leistung zu berücksichtigen. Es bleibt dem Kunden unbenommen, den Nachweis zu führen, dass im Zusammenhang mit dem Rücktritt oder Nichtantritt des Ferienhausaufenthaltes DC kein oder ein wesentlich geringerer Schaden entstanden ist, als die von DC in der Pauschale (siehe unten) ausgewiesenen Kosten. Die pauschalierten Ansprüche auf Rücktrittsgebühren betragen in der Regel bei Rücktritt des Kunden:
Bis zum 60. Tag vor der Anreise 25 % des Preises, mindestens jedoch EUR 65,00.
Ab dem 59. bis 35. Tag vor der Anreise 50 % des Preises, mindestens jedoch EUR 65,00.
Ab dem 34. Tag bis zum 1. Tag vor der Anreise 80 % des Preises.
Am Anreisetag oder bei Nichterscheinen 100 % des Preises.
