This private villa in a typical style is located on a 800 sqm, grown-in slope plot directly above the centre of Carvoeiros.
It was comprehensively renovated and modernized last year. On the ground floor there is the open living and dining area with fireplace, three bedrooms and two bathrooms. Another bedroom and bathroom is located in the upper area. The house has a protected pool area and a rooftop terrace with magnificent views of the city and the sea. The house offers good parking facilities directly in your own entrance.

Carvoeiro liegt ca. 45 Minuten von Faro entfernt direkt an der Küste der Algarve.
Die nächstgrößere Stadt ist Portimao. Carvoeiro ist ein familienfreundlicher Urlaubsort ohne Hochhäuser mit guter Infrastruktur (Restaurants, Pubs, Marktplatz mit Live-Musik, Supermärkten etc.), versteckten Buchten und zahlreichen Golfplätzen, davon drei in unmittelbarer Nähe.

Das Ferienhaus liegt zentral in Carvoeiro mit toller Aussicht auf das Meer. Das Haus ist komplett renoviert, sehr sauber und stilvoll eingerichtet. Der Poll ist 1,80 m tief und eignet sich bei 9m Länge sogar zum Bahnenschwimmen.
Die Vermieterin ist jederzeit erreichbar und äußert zuvorkommend.
Wir können das Ferienhaus nur weiterempfehlen!

The house is beautifully decorated, the pool is lovely and well-equipped, and the location is perfect. We truly enjoyed our time in Carvoeiro, which is such a lively town.

Ich war zum ersten Mal in Carvoeiro und hatte großes Glück, auf dieses Anwesen zu stoßen.
Das gesamte Haus ist neu renoviert, wunderschön eingerichtet, und in den neuen Betten schläft es sich perfekt.
Es liegt direkt über dem Stadtzentrum. Besonders der Blick aus dem oberen Schlafzimmer ist ein Traum. Obwohl es noch etwas frisch war, haben wir täglich den großen Pool genutzt. Er liegt bis 17:00 Uhr in der Sonne.
