The semi-detached house, newly built in 2020, welcomes you with a modern look right at the beginning of the Böhl district. From here, you can walk to the historic town centre with its many shops and restaurants in approx. 15 minutes. You can also quickly reach the dyke and the dune landscape of the village for a long walk. The house itself impresses with its well thought-out design and offers you space for relaxing holiday hours.
The approx. 80 m² living space extends over 3 levels and is divided as follows:
Ground floor: entrance area, living room with open-plan kitchen, dining area, fireplace and access to the terrace, a shower room/WC, a utility room
There is garden furniture and a beach chair on the terrace, as well as a small communal outdoor playground.
Upper floor: one bedroom with double bed (180 x 200 cm - single mattresses) and TV, one bedroom with 2 single beds (90 x 190 cm) and TV, one shower room/WC
The bedrooms are equipped with insect screens and blackout facilities.
Attic: an additional sleeping option awaits you here in the form of a single bed (90 x 200 cm)
1 car parking space is at your disposal.
There is a storage facility for bicycles at the playground.

The best way to reach St.Peter-Ording is by car or by train.
By car via the A23 motorway to the Heide-West exit and onto the B 203 and L 305 towards Wesselburen, through the Eidersperrwerk and on towards St.Peter-Ording.
Or you can simply continue from the A23 motorway via the B5 towards Tönning - here you turn off onto the B 202 towards St. Peter-Ording.
By train, take the Deutsche Bundesbahn to Husum - there you change to the train to Bad St.Peter-Ording.

You can withdraw from the rental agreement at any time. In such a case, the tenant is obliged to compensate for the damage caused. In principle, the agency charges a processing fee of €95.00 to process a cancellation. The rental contract can be terminated by you in accordance with the following in writing:
- Within the first ten days after conclusion of the contract free of charge and without giving reasons - the processing fee is waived.
- From the day of booking confirmation to the 121st day before the start of the rental period, the above-mentioned processing fee of €95.00 is charged.
- From the 120th day to the 61st day before the start of the rental against the amount of the deposit plus the above-mentioned processing fee of €95.00.
- From the 60th day to the 15th day before the start of the rental period, subject to your acceptance of a payment obligation of 80% of the rental price plus the above-mentioned processing fee of €95.00.
- If you cancel less than 15 days before the start of the rental, the full travel price must be paid - the processing fee does not apply.
The receipt of the declaration by us is decisive for compliance with the above deadlines. The income from renting the holiday property to another party will be credited to your payment obligation upon termination. If you do not cancel the holiday property but do not claim it, you remain obliged to pay the rent in full. A replacement person who enters into the contract under the stated conditions can be appointed; written notification is required.
In the event of special circumstances (e.g. pandemic), unless otherwise indicated by the Schleswig-Holstein state regulations, the above conditions also apply if you cancel on your own initiative. We recommend that you take out travel insurance.
The tourist tax must be paid by the guest directly to our office in accordance with SPO's statutes.
