Cancellation policy
If the tenant withdraws from the rental agreement, the following amounts must be paid to the landlord: a) If canceled up to 42 days before the start of the rental period: 30% of the rental price. b) In case of cancellation from 42 days (inclusive) to 28 days before the start of the rental period: 60% of the rental price. c) In case of cancellation of 28 days (inclusive) up to the day before the start of the rental period: 90% of the rental price. d) If canceled on the day the rental begins or later: full rental price.

Getting there
From Amsterdam, follow Haarlem. Continue on the highway towards Alkmaar A9. Before reaching Alkmaar, take the Ring West at the roundabout 'Kooimeer' towards Den Helder. Continue on the N9, where after 7 km you take the exit Schoorl.
From the north, Den Helder. Continue on the N9 heading south, where you take the exit Schoorl.
You can be at Schiphol airport with public transport within in an hour. Traveling to Schiphol by car is will take about 30 minutes.

Host informationWe are a Dutch family living and working near Bremen in Germany. Originally, we are from Noord-Holland. Our apartment in Schoorl is our favorite place for our vacation. The location in the center of Schoorl is very convenient, the apartment is spacious and offers a lot of privacy. Direct access to the beautiful Schoorlse Duinen and the North Sea beach, which are within walking and cycling distance, is perfect for our family to relax. Die Unterkunft war mit die beste, die wir je hatten. Sehr geräumig, sauber und mit einer tollen Ausstattung in jeglicher Hinsicht. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt und wir waren positiv überrascht über die geschmackvolle Einrichtung, durch die wir uns sofort wie zu Hause gefühlt haben. Die Schlüsselübergabe und die gesamte Kommunikation verliefen hervorragend. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder und können die Unterkunft zu 100% weiterempfehlen.

My friend and I had a wonderful weekend in this quaint apartment, nestled behind a cute little shopping village and 2 mins from a wonderful woodland park/walk. The apartment is situated perfectly for eating out or just grabbing freshly baked bread, cheese from the most incredible cheese shop and paired with wine from the wine shop!
A breathtaking sand dune only 2 mins away leads you into the nature walk. We walked for a few hours and found the most cosiest cafe in the middle of the woods, we went for hot soup and a sandwich just perfect.
We took the bus which was only 5 mins walk away then caught a train into Schiphol all took less than an hour.
