The 2 living units are each approximately 50 m² in size and EACH consist of a living area with kitchenette + sofa bed, 2 bedrooms, and 1 bathroom. There are 2 terraces at the house, a gazebo and sunbathing lawn by the pool, and below, a summer kitchen with a grill. An ideal place for families with children.
In addition to wine + olive oil, there are fresh eggs from happy chickens, which live with geese + ducks in an enclosure.
The quiet, likable Italian owner couple (in their 70s) lives in their separate house on the 4-hectare property.
Renino is located on the edge of the village of Ambra, along a small road in the charming Ambra Valley, between Siena and Arezzo.
Shops, restaurants, bars, banks, and post office are about 1 km away. There are numerous excursion possibilities to the scenic Chianti and Chianti Classico areas, the Crete or even to the sea. Siena, Arezzo, Cortona, Montepulciano, Florence, San Gimignano, Volterra, etc. are within a 30-90 minute drive. Not to forget, the small, nearby and equally noteworthy towns.
