The apartment has 90 square meters, 2 bedrooms with 1 normal double bed and in the other there is a bed 1.60m wide and 2m long. The living and dining room has a large table for 6 people (for eating, playing or working), a large comfortable couch that also offers space for a 5th person to sleep, TV and radio, games and books. The kitchen is modern and fully equipped with a stove and oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine and kettle, toaster. There is a cross trainer in the loggia if you feel like exercising. The southwest-facing balcony spoils you with lots of sun and a wonderful view of the Alpine chain and the neighborhood gardens. The bathroom has a shower and toilet and there is a second toilet. Wi-Fi, laundry and towels and parking are free.
The treetop path invites you to take a walk at lofty heights, with a large playground and restaurant. You will also find a pony farm, golf and mini golf, the Alpine outdoor swimming pool, waterfalls, reptile zoo, climbing garden, chapel path with 13 chapels, cycling and skiing fun and an ice rink. It is not far to Bregenz (festival), the picturesque towns on Lake Constance or on the other side to Neuschwanstein Castle or adventure pools or amusement parks

The house is located in the holiday and climatic health resort of Scheidegg, just a few minutes' walk to the center and also to the hiking trails, the golf course or, in winter, to the cross-country ski trails. It is 20 minutes by car to Lindau/Lake Constance, Bregenz or Wangen im Allgäu. Only 45 minutes by car to Kempten, Oberstdorf, Sonthofen or Friedrichshafen (airport). Scheidegg offers a variety of holiday options for the whole family, cultural offerings, many museums, swimming pools and other attractions are what this region offers.
via the German Alpenstrasse to Scheidegg, on the one hand via Immenstadt / Oberstaufen, on the other hand via the motorway to Lindau, then up the Rohrach (also Alpenstrasse).
