Location: The property is situated in Gonte, a district of the municipality of Oggebbio, in a quiet and very sunny location. A small grocery store, a bar, and a pharmacy are located about 200 meters from the house. The public beach and a Beach Risto-Bar with an equipped beach and boat, stand up paddle, and kayak rental are approximately 600 meters from the accommodation.
Cannero Riviera with its lido and its bars and restaurants is 7 km away from the holiday home, and the lively town of Verbania with its numerous bars, restaurants, and shops can be reached in about 10 km.
State Road 34 Lago Maggiore (Locarno, Ascona, Brissago, Cannobio) to Cannero Riviera for the key handover. Continue for 5 km towards Oggebbio and at the Ristobar Hemingway take the road that leads upwards (Via Martiri Oggebbiesi), drive 600 m on this street and past the church square. The house is on the right side (house number 8).
