The large property with its own garden and climbing frame makes it ideal for families with children. Your own rowing boat is located directly in front of the terrace from which you can enjoy a wonderful sunset. The grill and the fireplace are perfect for cosy evenings.
In the middle of a holiday home settlement, which is quietly located in the East Frisian nature, you can relax in a natural way. The holiday home also offers its own canoe and two kayaks with which you can explore the canals and lakes. Fishing, swimming, surfing, hiking, and cycling to the “Großes Meer” nature reserve are great ways to spend your time.
The house has a master bedroom with a double bed and a children’s bedroom with two beds. This room is perfectly equipped for the little ones with a children’s table, toys, painting accessories and books. We have lovingly furnished it, and our four-year-old son thinks it's great :-)

On a lovely walk to the Großes Meer (www.grossesmeer.de), you can experience the East Frisian nature to its full extent. There you can swim on the sandy beach, learn to surf at the surf school, or visit the small marina. Restaurants and cafés invite you to relax.
Trips to Greetsiel, Norddeich, or Emden are easily possible.
The house is located in a holiday home settlement surrounded by A-frame houses. It is located at the end of a canal from which you can sail to Emden. From there, you can easily reach the North Sea. In the immediate vicinity lies the Großes Meer with its two neighbouring lakes, Kleines Meer and the Hieve. At the Großes Meer, you can enjoy many leisure activities and lie on the beach. It is popular with surfers and novice sailors because it is only about 1 m deep. In the near vicinity are the cities of Emden, Aurich, Greetsiel, and Norden/Norddeich with their many leisure and sightseeing attractions

Cancellation 7 days before the start of the rental period until the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price

We are Jeannine, Bastian, Nico (4), and Amélie (20). We live in Dinslaken on the Lower Rhine. Due to the proximity to the A 31, we have made the North Sea and its surroundings our main travel destination. For several years now, we have been travelling to Südbrookmerland near Emden as well as to the Großes Meer and its canals. The relaxation factor is amazing. As soon as you look at the water, you’re able to relax. About a year ago, we were offered this pretty little house, and we immediately fell in love. Our thought was: we can turn this into our little dream holiday home and let holiday guests share in it. So my husband and I renovated and modernised this beautiful little house with a great deal of passion. Each room is furnished with as much attention to detail as possible in order to ensure that our guests have a wonderful stay. If you are missing something, let us know!
