The villa is located on a plot of approximately 6000 square meters with wonderful plants on the slope and offers a great view of the Plakias and Damnoni Bay. You can even see into Preveli Bay.
The outside area: The 200 sqm terrace is completely laid out with natural stones and goes around the entire house, so you can walk barefoot everywhere. There is a pool (7x4m), a covered barbecue and plenty of space for sunbathing and relaxing.
An outdoor sauna can be used for guests who come to Crete in winter.

Plakias has a little more touristy Tam Tam to offer. A simple, peaceful and lively town with a beautiful beach, taverns right on the water, beach bars for the classic sundowner by the sea and live music. The town, previously known as an insider tip, is coming to life!
The area is great to explore with an e-bike, which you can rent in the village. Hikers will love the nearby gorges. There are wonderful hiking trails along the bays around Plakias.
In the surrounding mountain villages you can find small family-run taverns that take you back in time. Everything served on the table there is home-grown.
The distance to the two airports (Heraklion and Chania) is the same.
