Cancellation policy
CANCELLATION
20. Cancellation must be made in writing and sent by registered mail. If the tenant cancels the rental agreement for any reason, or if he does not exercise all or part of his rights under the contract without explicitly canceling it, he will pay compensation to the landlord. This compensation amounts to:
Administrative fees plus
- 15% of the rental price if the cancellation occurs more than 3 months before the start of the rental period;
- 50% of the rent if the cancellation occurs between 3 months and 1 month before the start of the rental period;
- 85% of the rent if the cancellation occurs between 1 month and 2 weeks before the start of the rental period;
- 100% of the rent if the cancellation occurs less than two weeks before the start of the rental period or if the rental period has already begun.
The tenant is not entitled to a (further) refund if the rental property can still be rented for the same period.
COVID-19 and Pandemic. The foregoing also applies in the event of a travel warning and/or a quarantine obligation upon arrival and/or return of the tenant.

Cadzand has been richly endowed by Mother Nature: with an 11 km long, clean sandy beach, a beautiful dune area, and the nature reserve "Het Zwin".
It is one of the few coasts where you can enjoy a panoramic view during a walk over the dunes, overlooking the sea, the beach, and the inland.
