The villa is 210 m² and consists of 2 floors - ground floor and upper floor. On the ground floor there is a living room with an open fireplace and a dining room with 6 seats. In a separate room there is a large kitchen with an island, equipped with all the appliances you might need to prepare meals. In each room there are French doors that give access to the outdoor terrace. On the ground floor, the modern style of decoration is combined with rustic details and lime washed walls, which adds to the uniqueness of the space.

Booking conditions
The total amount of the booking can be paid immediately or in 2 installments:
1st installment: 30% immediately by credit card or bank transfer within 2 days of booking
2nd installment: 70% of the remaining amount by credit card or bank transfer no later than 35 days before arrival.
The booking can only be canceled in writing.
For cancellations up to 30 days before arrival, 30 of the total amount of the booking will be charged.
For cancellations made within 29 days before arrival, 100% of the total amount of the reservation will be charged.
