The villa has 2 floors of which only the ground floor is rented. On the ground floor there is an open space consisting of a fully equipped kitchen with a dining room and a living room. In the kitchen you will find everything you need for preparing various dishes and drinks - oven, kettle, coffee maker, toaster, and washing dishes will certainly be made easier by the washing machine. We know that cooking is not complete without music.

Since there is only greenery around Villa Pianta, you might think that there is no sea nearby. But this is not the case. The nearest beach is just a 15-minute drive away, and the same goes for the Istrian coastal towns of Poreč, Vrsar and Funtana.

Booking conditions
The total amount of the booking can be paid immediately or in 2 installments:
1st installment: 30% immediately by credit card or bank transfer within 2 days of booking
2nd installment: 70% of the remaining amount by credit card or bank transfer no later than 35 days before arrival.
The booking can only be canceled in writing.
For cancellations up to 30 days before arrival, 30 of the total amount of the booking will be charged.
For cancellations made within 29 days before arrival, 100% of the total amount of the reservation will be charged.
