The open living space houses a fully equipped kitchen, a cozy sofa, and a dining area with a breathtaking view over the rolling hills of Southern Burgenland, extending to Pöllauberg, Masenberg near Hartberg, and the Hochwechsel and Niederwechsel.

One of the highlights of our holiday home is definitely the outdoor pool with a counter-current system and massage function. This feature is not only a highlight in winter but also offers an ideal opportunity for exercise, cooling off, and, most importantly, relaxing in the summer, accompanied by a magnificent view.
