Cozy holiday apartment for 2 – 4 people on an organic farm, inviting you to relax and unwind. Also ideal for families, as kids can experience many activities right outside the door in both summer and winter. Our spacious 77 m² apartment is equipped with 2 bedrooms, a living kitchen (fully equipped kitchen with oven, coffee machine, dishwasher), a bathroom with shower/toilet and an additional toilet, storage room, and balcony with a fantastic view of the Hochkönig. Wi-Fi is of course available and free of charge.

Winter transforms Dienten am Hochkönig into a paradise for winter sports enthusiasts. The holiday apartment at the organic farm Oberdachebenhof is an ideal starting point for ski touring on our local mountain or for a tobogganing party.
The ski lifts in the village of Dienten am Hochkönig are just a few minutes' drive away (about 6 minutes).
To reach the Oberdachebenhof in Dienten am Hochkönig, take the A10 motorway (Tauern Autobahn) and head towards Salzburg (coming from Germany). Then take the Bischofshofen exit and follow the signs to Dienten.

Cancellation policies are governed by the Austrian Hotel Contract Conditions (ÖHVB).
You can cancel free of charge up to 3 months before arrival. From 3 months to 1 month before arrival, we charge 40% of the travel price. From 1 month to 1 week before arrival, the cancellation fee is 70% of the travel price. If you cancel within the last week before arrival, we will charge you 90% of the travel price, and 100% in the case of early departure.
