The apartment is equipped for 4 guests and features a cozy, open-plan living/dining area with access to the south-facing terrace, where you can start your day with breakfast.
The kitchen with a bar is fully equipped with a modern built-in oven/microwave, dishwasher,
4-zone hob, fridge with freezer compartment, Senseo and coffee machine, toaster, blender, and other well-assorted kitchen utensils.
Both bedrooms have comfortable double beds measuring 1.80x2m and an additional portable crib for children.

During the summer months, the town and surrounding area host numerous markets featuring culinary specialties and handicrafts, as well as live music, concerts, and the Jazz by the Sea event.
The holiday home is located in a quiet, green residential area, ideally situated between the town center and the beach, which can be reached in just a few minutes by bicycle.
The miles-long, fine sandy beach (repeatedly awarded for cleanliness and water quality) offers you the chance for wonderful beach days/beach walks and to visit one of the 4 beach restaurants.
The adjacent, expansive dune and forest area (780 hectares) invites you to explore with countless cycling, hiking, and riding trails.
A nice, small mini-golf course with a good restaurant is about 600 meters away, and fresh rolls & German newspapers are available in the morning at a small supermarket on Duinweg, about 400 meters away.
