Spacious living room with high ceilings that make the house feel even more spacious. The living room is equipped with bright tiles. On the right side, there are 3 bedrooms with a total of 6 sleeping places. The bathroom is located at the front and is equipped with a shower, toilet, sink, bathroom cabinets, and a designer radiator. The kitchen is neat and in light colors, featuring a dishwasher, an oven, a stainless steel extractor hood, a gas stove, various drawers, and storage space. Outside, there is access to a shed (with central heating system and electrical appliance connection) and the meter cabinet.
In the surrounding garden, you can sit in the sun at any time of the day. There are ample parking spaces available at the house.
In the vicinity, you can enjoy extensive farmlands, dunes, the beach, etc. There is also plenty to do in the surrounding places like Schagen, Schoorl, Bergen, Alkmaar, Den Helder, etc., which are easily accessible by car and bicycle. West Friesland, with its typical charming villages and towns along the IJsselmeer, is definitely worth a visit!

Warmenhuizen is a cozy and attractive village with many amenities. There are some wonderful restaurants, cafes, a large supermarket (Albert Heijn), and a variety of shops.
Rekerlanden 274 is an ideal starting point for beautiful hiking and cycling tours through forests such as Schoorl and Bergen. But also the surrounding dyke or the picturesque villages nearby. The village has its own swimming pool, but the coastal towns of Callantsoog, Bergen, Schoorl, Egmond, or Petten are close by. The Geestmerambacht lake is also a wonderful place for walking and relaxation. If you enjoy golfing, the golf courses of Alkmaar, Dirkshorn, and Winkel are within driving distance. The village is a bit away from the tourist crowds but is easy to find. Alkmaar or Schagen are lovely shopping cities, where in the summer the cheese market (Alkmaar) and the West Frisian parade with market (Schagen) take place. De Boet is an ideal starting point for your vacation!

Article 6:
Cancellation
1.
In the event of cancellation, the holidaymaker must pay the operator
compensation. This amounts to:
- 15% of the agreed price if the cancellation occurs three months or
earlier before the start date;
- 50% of the agreed price if the cancellation occurs between three and two months before the start date;
- 75% of the agreed price if the cancellation occurs between two months and one month before the start date;
- 90% of the agreed price if the cancellation occurs within one month before the start date;
- 100% of the agreed price if the cancellation occurs on the start date.

The compensation will be refunded on a pro-rata basis minus the administrative
costs if the place is reserved by a third party on
the recommendation of the holidaymaker and with the written
consent of the operator for the same period
or a part of this period.
