It boasts a quiet yet central location, just about 10 meters from the splendid lakeside promenade. Within a minute's walk, you can reach shops, bars, cafes, and restaurants. Approximately 200 meters away is a docking place for boats that regularly travel on the lake and can take you almost anywhere, and about 500 meters away is the large public beach (one of the most beautiful on Lake Maggiore). The spacious duplex has a living area of about 84 m² and a dreamy 20 m² roof terrace. The apartment's name "Terrazza sul tetto" speaks for itself. Cannobio (approx. 5,100 inhabitants) is a lively town and one of the most important tourist centers on Lake Maggiore. This picturesque place has very ancient origins, which are reflected in the "Palazzi" from different eras. The beautiful lakeside promenade with the old harbor and its multitude of shops, restaurants, cafés, and bars invites you to linger and relax. Particularly attractive is the public beach with its spacious lawn (grass and sand), where you can find shade under the trees in summer; this beach is wonderfully suitable for children. Water sports enthusiasts will enjoy the opportunity to rent various water sports equipment: surfboards, motorboats, pedal boats, etc. Cannobio also offers other sports facilities: a sports field with an athletics track, sailing club, tennis courts, bocce courts, mini-golf, children's playground, etc. The proximity to famous places like Locarno and Ascona with their annual international film and jazz festivals expands the recreational offerings.
