Enjoy the direct view of the majestic mountains and start your hikes right from the front door. The Spieljochbahn ski area is only 5 minutes away by car and the ski bus can be reached on foot in just 3 minutes. The Zillertaler Thermalspa and outdoor pool Fügen are only 6 minutes away by car and the Harter forest playground is only 3 minutes away by car. This apartment is also ideally located for business travelers, as the A12 freeway is only 14 minutes away from the location.
For children, the large asphalt front yard is ideal for playing, letting off steam and riding bikes. A garden table set for 6 people is ready for cozy evenings. The top equipped eat-in kitchen has a Tabs coffee maker, kettle, toaster, fridge with freezer, microwave, large dishwasher, stove and much more. In the bathroom there are enough towels and there is a separate toilet. The bedroom can accommodate up to 4 people, with a double bed and a bunk bed to pull out. In the kitchen-living room there is a pull-out couch for 2 people and a baby travel cot is also available. Free wi-fi and a large TV provide entertainment and cozy evenings. The apartment has underfloor heating, a large garden and ample parking. Relax on the terrace and enjoy the rural view of the Zillertal and the surrounding mountains.
