Our house is lovingly renovated and fully equipped for 6 people (ideal for 4 adults and 2 children). Approximately 100 sqm living space, 3 bedrooms, toilet on the ground floor, bathroom with shower, bathtub and toilet on the upper floor, spacious living room and a fully equipped kitchen, terrace with a view of the water, private dock on the water, and 2 parking spaces right outside the front door await you. Multiple charging stations for electric cars are available 3 minutes away on foot at the entrance of the park. An additional cleaning fee will be charged depending on the agreement.
Perfect for families with or without children during the holiday season. In the off-peak season, it's ideal for winding down & relaxing, fishing, or for surfing/kitesurfing. Home office is particularly appealing (very good Wi-Fi).

Day trips to the islands of Texel, Vlieland, Terschelling, Ameland, as well as to the beach in Den Helder or to the capital Amsterdam are easily accessible (depending on the destination between 45 minutes to 3 hours).
Beach Resort Makkum offers plenty of options for both young and old. Our property is located directly on the water with open access to the Ijsselmeer and, for example, to the town of Makkum for shopping. Our private boat dock invites you to swim, fish, SUP, and go boating. Boats can be rented separately through the park. We are situated in a quiet location next to the nature reserve. Short distances to the sandy beach or the beach café invite you to relax.
