Lovely holiday home in Gollai, the residential and panoramic area of the town of Orosei, conveniently located near services and an excellent starting point to reach the beautiful beaches of that coast.
The apartment is situated on the first floor with independent access, boasting ample outdoor space on the ground floor as well as on the upper floor furnished with a table and chairs for outdoor dining with splendid views of the Gulf sea and the surrounding greenery. Internally, it consists of a living-dining room with kitchenette and sofa bed, a double bedroom, a second twin bedroom with single beds, and a bathroom with shower.
Amenities include: TV, washing machine, air conditioning in the living area, microwave oven. Convenient free parking is available on the street. Pets are not allowed.
When it comes to the sea, there's an abundance of choices thanks to the vast selection of beaches in the surrounding area: the first, belonging to the town's marina, is about 4 km away, as are those to the north like Cala Liberotto, Berchida, and Bidderosa, and to the south like Osalla, Cala Luna, Cala Mariolu, just to name a few.
Additionally, there's the possibility of organizing boat excursions to explore the gulf!

All cancellations and changes must be communicated in writing by the Customer.
Cancellation.
The cancellation made by the Client for confirmed reservations will involve the following penalties, always calculated on the entire amount of the stay:
- 20% of the amount, if the cancellation is communicated up to 91 days before the start date of the stay;
- 50% of the amount, if the cancellation is communicated from 31 to 90 days before the start of the stay;
- 100% of the amount: no refund for cancellations received in the 30 days prior to the start date of stay.
For the purposes of penalties, the entire stay is considered as a single period not divisible into individual weeks, the reference date for the counting of days is always that of the beginning of the stay, whatever the cancelled period; changes of period or accommodation are considered cancellations and therefore will be applied the penalties.
