Cancellation policy
Before the start of the rental period, you can withdraw from the lease agreement at any time. It is in your interest to cancel in writing, and the cancellation becomes effective on the day it is received by the Coquelicot service office. In the event of a withdrawal, Coquelicot charges a compensation for expenses, which amounts to 30% of the total rental sum up to 6 weeks before the occupancy date, and thereafter 100% of the total rental sum. If Coquelicot manages to rent the property during the period you initially booked after receiving the notice of withdrawal, the compensation for expenses in the latter case is reduced to 50%. These costs can be covered by travel cancellation insurance if desired.
