This is a pretty Provençal style house, with a panoramic sea view (from the swimming pool, living room, balcony, terrace and all bedrooms). It is located in Sainte-Maxime (near Saint-Tropez) 1 km walk from Nartelle beach (long famous sandy beach where the sea is generally very clear - access by pedestrian path then at the edge (secure) of an alley). The house has wooded and enclosed grounds and the interior was renovated a few years ago.
It is a traditional swimming pool (concrete frame) surrounded by a beach of approximately 40 m2 made of natural stone (40x40 Roman opus slabs).
There are many food stores which are easy to access by car (no traffic jams in July and August)

The interior was renovated a few years ago. The area is quiet and residential and access to shops is easy (by car) because it is not obligatory to go via the seaside (often congested during the day in July-August). The house is cool because it is shaded by an old umbrella pine and it is peaceful. You can eat on the balcony (with a beautiful view of the sea and hills) because it adjoins the kitchen.
