The townhouse (160m2) has an elegant living room with direct access to the beautiful terrace and private garden through a large glass sliding door. The lounge area has a rustic coffee table and two sofas and an armchair that allow you to admire the lively vegetation in the garden or to watch TV. The dining area has a six-sitter dining table with elegant wooden armchairs near a buffet with a large mirror. The living room has marble floor tiles that keep the atmosphere cool even on warm sunny days. Both lounge and dining areas are equipped with vintage lamps with a shade that offers the perfect dim light for late-night conversations near the fireplace with wood. The living room has access to the service bathroom with a toilet.
On the ground level next to the dining area of the living room you find the fully equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, stove, coffee maker, dishwasher, refrigerator, vitro ceramic, extractor, water kettle, and kitchen utensils. You may serve the meal through the small window that opens from the kitchen to the dining area.
Upstairs you have the master bedroom and the guest bedroom both en suite with complete amenities. The master bedroom has a queen size bed (150x200cm), and nightstands with vintage lamps with shades. You have wooden chests of drawers for storage. The bedroom gives direct access to the terrace equipped with a coffee table and very comfortable sofas, lounge chairs and armchairs. From here you have a full view towards the beach and the private garden adorned with palm trees and pine trees. A beautiful private garden (200m2) connects the property to the El Saladillo beach. The privacy of the garden is assured by the tall buxus fence that separates the plots. You may relax here in the shade on two very comfortable lounge chairs. The ground floor terrace (21m2) has a rustic set of wooden furniture, a round table and four armchairs. It gives you the occasion to enjoy your tea or coffee and admire the view by sitting in the shade.
The terrace upstairs (21m2) connected to the master bedroom is fitted with very comfortable and nice-looking furniture, a small coffee table and comfortable sofas. The upper terrace offers a beautiful sea view and gives you the opportunity to hear the sound of the waves without even leaving the property. ~ Neighborhood
Venalmar is an exceptional first line beach secured urbanization, located between the towns of San Pedro and Estepona, at just 15km from Marbella. The urbanization lies at the border of a natural protected pine forest so you'll feel the fresh breeze mixed with the fresh pine trees scent. A large pool with a shallow end for kids lies in the middle of the urbanization and next to the pool you have a sauna room. The urbanization has video surveillance and also a private playground for children.
~ Beach
The beach Playa El Saladillo is right in front of the townhouse and has direct access through the garden. The beach is wide and clean, composed of a mixture of sand and pebbles. The entrance to the sea is smooth, with no rocks. Even during the busy summer season, this beach is not very crowded. Just as you exit on the beach, you have a chiringuito where you can enjoy typical Spanish tapas or you can rent sun loungers and umbrellas.
~ Shopping/Restaurants
If you need to buy groceries, fresh meat, wines, vegetables, fruits or seasonal produce you find Aldi supermarket only 900m from the townhouse. Diana Center, a small shopping area, is at 2.5km from the apartment. Here you can find a small supermarket, bakery, pharmacy, etc and a small market is set up every Saturday morning. In 17km you have the biggest department store on Costa del Sol, La Cañada, from where you can buy everything you need: food, clothes, etc. There are several local supermarkets like SuperSol (4.2km) or Mercadona (4.3km) from where you can also buy fresh fish, freshly baked bread, etc. As for restaurants, the nearest one is only 20m from the apartment, Salduna Beach, a cosy and charming restaurant located on the seafront. You have several other options within 1km of the apartment.
~ Activities
There are lots of things for you to do and not have to go too far from Venalmar urbanization. In just a 5 minutes drive (1.5km) you reach three of the most well-known golf courses: Guadalmina, Atalaya and El Paraiso. Marbella city centre and old town are a must-see and you reach Marbella centre in just 15 min. Puerto Banus is the main attraction on Costa del Sol, known as the pole of luxury and parties. In 10 minute drive you'll reach one of the most famous harbours on Costa del Sol. It has berths for 915 boats, including those of the King of Saudi Arabia and several of the world's wealthiest people. Its streets are lined with expensive luxury boutiques like Christian Dior, Gucci, Bvlgari, Versace, Dolce Gabbana, and others.
