The house is well maintained and has a beautiful mature garden with old trees. There are plenty of sun loungers available at the beautifully landscaped infinity pool. There are also further terraces, some of which are covered, and also with direct access to the house.
On the ground floor there is the master bedroom with a double bed and exit to the terrace and a bathroom en suite. Another bathroom and a second bedroom are also on the ground floor.On the upper floor there is the large living and dining room with German satellite TV, internet and air conditioning. Two further bedrooms each have two single beds, another bathroom with shower and the fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher are on this floor. The house is stocked with all kinds of towels, for the kitchen, the bathrooms and also for the pool/beach. A cot and high chair can be provided free of charge upon request.
The holiday accommodation booked is intended exclusively for holiday use. It is absolutely forbidden to hold loud parties or other activities that may violate the law or disturb neighbors. Failure to comply with this rule may result in fines for guests ranging from €5,000.00 to €300,000.00 (for professionally organized events).

The house is located in a very well-kept and quiet residential area, only about 500 meters from the beautiful and uncrowded sandy beach of the village. In the well-known resort of Can Picafort, about a quarter of an hour's walk away, there is a complete infrastructure such as pharmacies, doctors, large supermarkets, all kinds of stores and a wide range of water sports activities and evening entertainment.
