The booked vacation accommodation is intended exclusively for vacation use. It is absolutely forbidden to organize noisy parties or other activities that could violate the law or disturb the neighbors. Failure to comply with this rule may result in penalties for guests ranging from €5,000.00 to €300,000.00 (for professionally organized events).
A security deposit of €500 must be paid to the owner by bank transfer prior to arrival. The deposit will be refunded to you by bank transfer by the owner after the house has been handed over free of defects.
