The natural stone property "Sa Serra" is located in absolute peace and quiet on a plot of approx. 12,000 m2 and offers three bedrooms and two bathrooms on a living area of 210 m2. You can park your cars safely in the spacious courtyard, which offers plenty of space to maneuver.
On the ground floor there is a spacious living room, a large fully equipped kitchen as well as one of the bedrooms and a bathroom with shower. On the upper floor there are two more bedrooms and another bathroom with shower. All bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning.
Behind the house, with direct access to the kitchen, is the garden with a shady terrace and a large barbecue area.
Below the house, with a fantastic view of the surrounding landscape, you will find the 17 x 3 meter saltwater infinity pool as well as seating and 6 sun loungers on which you can enjoy your vacation in the shade of the trees.
The house's facilities include amenities such as a dishwasher, washing machine and dryer, as well as German satellite TV and of course WiFi. The property is equipped with all kinds of towels, for the kitchen, bathrooms and also for the pool/beach. The reserved holiday accommodation is for holiday use only. It is absolutely forbidden to hold noisy parties or other activities that may violate the law or disturb neighbours. Failure to respect this rule may result in fines ranging from €5,000.00 to €300,000.00 (in case of professionally organised events) for guests.
