The bright and modern building is completely at ground level and offers three bedrooms and three bathrooms, two of which are en suite. All bedrooms have air conditioning (included in the price).
At the front of the house there is an open and fully equipped kitchen with a spacious dining area. The finca is equipped with all kinds of towels for the kitchen, the bathrooms and also for the pool/beach. A crib and high chair can be provided free of charge on request. From the living area with the large comfortable sofa, you can access the shaded terraces through the large glazed sliding doors. There you will find outdoor furniture and 6 sun loungers. From there you can enjoy the unobstructed panoramic view of the surrounding countryside. There is also an outdoor dining area with seating for 6 on the terrace. An electric grill plate (plancha) is available for barbecuing. In front of the terraces is the 10 meter long and 4 meter wide pool, which is up to 1.60 meters deep.

The village of Petra is only a 5-minute drive from the house and offers a complete infrastructure including numerous bars, restaurants and shopping facilities.
