A lovely holiday accommodation with a good location in a small cottage area in beautiful Skummeslövsstrand. The wonderfully long, child-friendly sandy beach is within walking distance. A perfect accommodation for both families with children and couples who want to enjoy a quiet holiday week close to everything. Not rented out to youth groups or for parties The plot is fairly private and has room for all the family's activities, and here there are several nice patios with outdoor furniture and a hammock. The living room has a comfortable sofa group and a dining area. Here there is a TV and a warming wood stove on slightly cooler evenings. The nice kitchen is small but equipped for everyone's needs. From the kitchen there is the exit to the large balcony. You sleep in two bedrooms. In the large bedroom, where you have a patio door facing the garden, there is a double bed. The second bedroom has two bunk beds with four beds. The bedrooms are separated by curtains. The bathroom is newly renovated and equipped with a shower, washing machine and comfortable underfloor heating. NOTE, the hot tub on the terrace is out of order and must not be used! Not allowed to charge electric cars At a convenient distance to the south is Skummeslövstrand's summer center with several restaurants, shops and a bakery. In Mellbystrand there is the beach hotel, small shops and restaurants. Just south of, you reach the Bjäre Peninsula with all its picturesque summer villages and not least Båstad, the wonderful tennis metropolis. Everything is connected with nice cycle paths. To the north you can easily reach Halmstad with its fantastic beaches in Tylösand, its large range of entertainment and all the golf courses. Why not pay a visit to the small town of Laholm with its beautiful location by the Lagan. There is very good salmon fishing in Lagan. Fishing license required. For those interested in golf, there are also several fine golf courses in the immediate area.

Der Kunde kann bis zum Beginn des Ferienhausaufenthaltes jederzeit durch Erklärung gegenüber DC von seinem Vertrag zurücktreten. Tritt der Kunde von dem Vertrag zurück oder tritt er den Aufenthalt nicht an, so kann DC Ersatz für die von DC getroffenen Vorkehrungen für den Ferienhausaufenthalt und für DC’s Aufwendungen verlangen. Bei Berechnungen des Ersatzes sind gewöhnlich ersparte Aufwendungen und die gewöhnlich mögliche anderweitige Verwendung der Leistung zu berücksichtigen. Es bleibt dem Kunden unbenommen, den Nachweis zu führen, dass im Zusammenhang mit dem Rücktritt oder Nichtantritt des Ferienhausaufenthaltes DC kein oder ein wesentlich geringerer Schaden entstanden ist, als die von DC in der Pauschale (siehe unten) ausgewiesenen Kosten. Die pauschalierten Ansprüche auf Rücktrittsgebühren betragen in der Regel bei Rücktritt des Kunden:
Bis zum 60. Tag vor der Anreise 25 % des Preises, mindestens jedoch EUR 65,00.
Ab dem 59. bis 35. Tag vor der Anreise 50 % des Preises, mindestens jedoch EUR 65,00.
Ab dem 34. Tag bis zum 1. Tag vor der Anreise 80 % des Preises.
Am Anreisetag oder bei Nichterscheinen 100 % des Preises.
