The capacity is for four to five (4-5) people. It contains an equipped kitchen, a dining table, a living room with a flat screen TV, a bathroom, two bedrooms (one has a double bed and the other has two separate single/independent beds). In the living room there is a couch that can be used as a bed for the fifth and sixth person. There is a view of nature from the terrace, where there is also a sofa. The apartment rental price includes the use of: bed linen, towels, Wi-fi, and air conditioning.

House is located in a quieter part of the city of Porec, in the settlement (Mali Maj). It is located only 200 meters from the first beach (Materada), and 2500 meters from the old town of Poreč. Shops, cafes, restaurants and all the necessary facilities can be reached very quickly near the house.
