Villa Fienile di Fabio is located in the village of Vaiano, near the popular Florence. It is set in a green garden of 1000 m², which will provide you with maximum privacy and a relaxing vacation. A swimming pool can be seen among the olive trees, and to the abundance of natural shade we will add a panoramic view of the hilly landscape. Is there anything better than this idyllic village atmosphere? The villa has 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom and can accommodate 5 guests.
The interior of the villa covers 110 m² and consists of 2 floors. As soon as you enter the villa, you will be stunned - in a good way, of course. The villa is full of rustic elements, we would say from floor to ceiling. Rustic furniture and numerous wooden decorative elements are perfectly intertwined with more modern pieces of furniture. On the ground floor there is a space for relaxation consisting of a living room with a sofa bed and TV, and next to it is a kitchen with a dining room. If you like to cook, we believe it will be an even greater pleasure in this villa. The room is air conditioned, while central heating is available for colder days. There is also a modern bathroom with shower on the ground floor.
On the 1st floor of the villa there is a bedroom with an ensuite bathroom where you will also find a washing machine. The room has 1 double bed and 1 bed for 1 person. There is a chest of drawers for storing clothes and it is possible to place a baby cot in the room. On the 1st floor of the house, the rustic style of decoration continues with an emphasis on beams and doors made of beautiful solid wood.
In the courtyard of the villa you will find a swimming pool, an outdoor dining area and a lounge area. There is also a barbecue where you can prepare your favorite specialties. While one part of the team prepares lunch or dinner, the other can have fun playing table tennis or table football, and after playing and eating, you can relax in the outdoor armchairs and just simply unwind.
If you want to leave the villa, don't go far. Take a walk through the village, breathe in the fresh country air and immerse yourself in the green of the Tuscan hills. And if you are feeling adventurous, visit Florence. It will take you an hour by car, but it will be well worth it.
