Villa Jasmin has three floors connected by internal stairs. It has a total of five bedrooms and five bathrooms, as well as an outside toilet. Two large living rooms and two fully equipped kitchens On the ground floor of the house there is a tavern for social gatherings with wine tastings. Guests of our villa have access to an equipped gym, three saunas and an indoor whirlpool. Several balconies and terraces with views of the forest and countryside, as well as a brick outdoor grill with barbecue. The 5,000 m2 garden and the 100 m2 outdoor pool are ideal for a great and safe holiday. In the garden there is also a large covered gazebo that invites you to socialize until late at night. Lots of greenery and beautiful nature surround the villa and in the morning you will be woken up by the chirping of birds.

The farm and the surrounding area are located in a natural and green environment. In about twenty minutes by car you can reach the sea, the first beaches and the city of Rijeka.
After the border crossing Rupa (Pasjak) you will get on the E61 highway and drive towards Rijeka. Follow the first exit JURDANI and leave the highway where you choose the direction to the left and drive through After only a few minutes drive you will reach Permani and turn right towards Ružići. Follow the signs along the road to Villa Jasmin and you will reach your destination very quickly.

Cancellation conditions
Withdrawal/cancellation:
The tenant can withdraw from the contract at any time before the start of the rental period.
The withdrawal must be declared in writing and becomes effective upon receipt by the landlord.
The following compensation is due upon withdrawal:
up to 90 days before the start of the rental period, 10% of the rental price, but at least the deposit.
up to 60 days before the start of the rental period, 30% of the rental price, but at least the deposit.
up to 30 days before the start of the rental period, 50% of the rental price
thereafter, 100% of the rental price.
