Description

In the first row on heather planted land directly down to the sandy beach at Gudmindrup Lyng you will find this cottage. From the covered balcony and living room on the 1st floor there is a unique panoramic view, which must be experienced. The cottage has a double bedroom on the ground floor and two double bedrooms on the 1st floor. Good and wide stairs to the 1st floor. From the large window area, the beautiful view can be enjoyed from the living room, dining room and the bright and well-stocked kitchen. From the kitchen there is access to the plot with outdoor shower. Enjoy the sound of the sea shower, the beautiful colors of nature and the tranquility of one of the sun loungers or lounge furniture on the house's partially covered terrace. On the cooler days, you can light up the fireplace and enjoy the view of the heather from the living room. Grill and open flame must NOT be used. The area is very peaceful and known for its beautiful sandy beaches. Not for rent to youth groups.

Die pauschalierten Ansprüche auf Rücktrittsgebühren betragen in der Regel bei Rücktritt des Kunden:

Bis zum 60. Tag vor der Anreise 25 % des Preises, mindestens jedoch EUR 65,00.

Ab dem 59. bis 35. Tag vor der Anreise 50 % des Preises, mindestens jedoch EUR 65,00.

Ab dem 34. Tag bis zum 1. Tag vor der Anreise 80 % des Preises.

Am Anreisetag oder bei Nichterscheinen 100 % des Preises.
