This holiday home, very tastefully decorated, provides accomodation up to 4 people and is located in a quiet area of the suburb of Crikvenica called Jadranovo. The house consists of 2 floors, the outside terrace and a closed video monitored parking place.On the ground floor there is a shower with toilet, a bedroom with private bathroom, with exit to the 250 m² terrace with heated swimming pool and barbecue. From this place you can additionally enjoy a perfect sea view.On the first floor is a kitchen with dining room and living room, which can turn into extra bed for 2 persons. There is an exit to the balcony with seating and loungers. Furthermore, guests have access to an outside toilet and an outdoor shower. The apartment is also equipped with air conditioning, barbecue, satellite TV and internet.A staircase from the terrace leads directly to the sea about 50 meters away. Shops can be found at a distance of about 400 meters.
