This cozy family house is located in the center of Crikvenica. Due to its location, this house does not have its own parking space, but it is possible to order a weekly card for paid parking spaces. A weekly ticket costs 7.00 eur per day. The excellent position of the apartment is everything you need for a pleasant holiday. Just 100 meters from the house you can find a market where you can buy fresh vegetables, fresh fish every day. The house itself consists of a ground floor and two floors. The ground floor has a bathroom and entrance area. On the 1st floor you will find a bathroom, a kitchen with a dining room, a living room with a balcony and a hallway from which you also have an exit to the terrace. On the 2nd floor there are two bedrooms. In the attic there is one bedroom. All rooms are air-conditioned.
