The modernly equipped house with a swimming pool consists of 3 apartments and can accommodate a total of 10 people. Large apartment for a total of 6 people and 2 studio apartments for 2 people each. The apartments are nicely furnished, modernly equipped and air-conditioned. Heated pool in the winter months and cool off in the summer like in the sea (salt water in the pool). A spacious terrace with outdoor shower, sun loungers and barbecue and parking for 4 cars are available.

Except as otherwise stated in the Traum Connect Terms, in case of a cancellation by the guest, Belvilla will pay according to the scheme below (as % of the rent or the amount paid by the guest, whichever is lower):

(iii) from 59 to and including 30 days prior to arrival: 75%
(iv) from 29 days to and including 15 days prior to arrival: 90%
