This modern house with a beautiful garden offers you everything you need for a pleasant and unforgettable vacation. The house is located in Umag, a popular tourist destination with a Mediterranean climate, and is also the first town at the entrance to Istria from the north, which impresses with its charm, diversity and wealth of offers. The location of the house is very good, in nature, and the city and the sea can be reached quickly. There is a beautiful place to sit under the old oak tree to drink coffee and enjoy wonderful nature. Privacy is guaranteed here. The house has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a large spacious living room with kitchen, a covered terrace and a swimming pool. In the swimming pool there is an extra separate massage corner, which is integrated into the pool, where you can relax with a glass of wine, and is also for children interesting. Umag is best known as the sports center of Istria, as numerous world tennis stars have been guests here for years.
