Apartments Oktopus are located on the slope of the Montenegrin hilly coast. Due to the coronavirus (COVID-19), additional safety and hygiene measures are currently being carried out in this accommodation. Our accommodation is located in a secluded area, without traffic and other tourist facilities, and is therefore ideal for the new situation. The invaluable location itself provides beautiful views of half of the Montenegrin coast, including four sandy beaches nearby, views that you can enjoy from the pool. The position on the hill brings greater insulation and the temperature a few degrees lower, which makes swimming in the pool even more refreshing. The Mediterranean sun, blue skies and pleasant hosts are waiting for you.

Except as otherwise stated in the Traum Connect Terms, in case of a cancellation by the guest, Belvilla will pay according to the scheme below (as % of the rent or the amount paid by the guest, whichever is lower):

(ii) from 89 to and including 60 days prior to arrival: 50%
(iii) from 59 to and including 30 days prior to arrival: 75%
(iv) from 29 days to and including 15 days prior to arrival: 90%
(v) from 14 days to and including arrival day: 100%
