In a small tourist resort Privlaka, not far from the famous destination of Zadar, villa Lipa is located. Experience an authentic vacation in this centuries-old stone house, carefully decorated to preserve the spirit of the past. Modern and luxurious design is perfectly integrated into the traditional values of this home. Villa Lipa can accommodate up to eight people and consists of three bedrooms with double beds and two extra beds in the living room, one bathroom and one toilet. The kitchen, dining room and living room are complemented by a fireplace. For a comfortable and relaxed vacation, there are washing machine and dishwasher, coffee maker, satellite TV and free internet access, and air conditioning is only available in some parts of the house. If you come to a holiday with a small child, you can also request a cot in the agency. The yard is enclosed by a stone wall which is decorated to create the true Mediterranean atmosphere. Deck chairs by the outdoor pool are ideal for relaxing in the sun while the youngest are swimming in a 32-m2 large swimming pool. You can also refresh yourself on the outdoor shower, and if you want to stay away from the sun, the garden furniture in the shade of the sunshade is the right choice. You can reach the property by car, and parking is in front of the house. If needed, you can also request a berth for the boat at the agency. The sandy beach is just 700 m from the villa Lipa, and the center of Privlaka is just 1 km away. There you will find restaurants, bars and shops, post offices and other facilities.

(iii) from 59 to and including 30 days prior to arrival: 75%
