The largest apartment has an area of 60 square meters and has 2 double bedrooms and a bathroom and is ideal for groups of up to 5 people. The middle apartment is ideal for groups of up to 4 people and has an area of 50 square meters with two bedrooms and a bathroom. The smallest apartment has an area of only 40 square meters, ideal for 3 people with one bedroom and one bathroom. The apartments have internet and air conditioning, so that summer connection, but also high temperatures, will not be a problem. A parking space and a barbecue are available to guests. The balcony of this building offers a wonderful view of beautiful natural beauty. Enjoy this beautiful location and make unforgettable memories.

Except as otherwise stated in the Traum Connect Terms, in case of a cancellation by the guest, Belvilla will pay according to the scheme below (as % of the rent or the amount paid by the guest, whichever is lower):

(ii) from 89 to and including 60 days prior to arrival: 50%
(iii) from 59 to and including 30 days prior to arrival: 75%
(iv) from 29 days to and including 15 days prior to arrival: 90%
