The living space extends to the ground floor and basement with an interior staircase. Many glass surfaces give the impression of being connected to the surrounding nature. The property is located on a large plot offering exceptional peace and privacy. Refreshment is offered by the comfortable pool or the sandy beach, which is approx. 900 m away and can only be reached via path or by boat.
There is also a SPA by the house, it has to hot tubs and a sauna.
If You decide to visit famous sites in the area, we recommend beautiful Vodice, Šibenik or the national parks Krka and Kornati.
