It is ideal for families or groups of friends seeking a tranquil retreat, ensuring a memorable stay for up to 18 guests in total. This villa is located in a serene neighborhood. A jewel of the villa, the rooftop terrace offers a private oasis where guests can enjoy panoramic views of the sea of the surrounding landscape. On the roof, there is a terrace equipped with an outdoor kitchen, grill, and a dining table with chairs. Given that not all guests can be accommodated on the Rooftop terrace, prior arrangements with the owner are necessary for the use of the terrace.

(ii) from 89 to and including 60 days prior to arrival: 50%
(iii) from 59 to and including 30 days prior to arrival: 75%
(iv) from 29 days to and including 15 days prior to arrival: 90%
(v) from 14 days to and including arrival day: 100%
