The view of the beautiful mountain panorama relaxes the soul - either from one of the close peaks, or from your balkony, where you peacefully can enjoy the sun until it sets behind Kramer Mountain. Indulge yourself in these relaxing moments, when a sublime quiet comes to you.
The Frühlingstraße (Spring Street) is the oldest street in town, located in the historic centre of Garmisch. A skywalk across the river Loisach makes the pedestrian area in the centre with all its attractive shops, cafés and catering as close as a 3 minutes' walk from your apartment door.
The Kramer hiking area starts right behind our guest house. The numerous and amazing mountainbike tours meet all demands.
You can easily and conveniently access further attractions, sights, and the hiking and skiing areas of Garmisch-Partenkirchen on foot, by bike, by public transport or by car.

Public transport city bus to station Marienplatz (bus lines 1-5), or station Loisachbrücke (bus lines 3-5).

Leave the autobahn A 95 bound for highway B 2 Garmisch-Partenkirchen. Take a right after the tunnel and follow direction Fernpass / Reutte / Grainau. Follow main street to Garmisch and take another right after 3 kilometers (1.8 miles) into Loisachstraße. Follow Loisachstraße towards its end and take a right into Frühlingstraße. Enter the driveway of the second house on your left.

Vertragseinhaltung
Beherbergungsbetrieb und Gast sind zur Einhaltung des Vertrags verpflichtet. Es gilt der Grundsatz „gebucht ist gebucht“. Der Vermieter hat dem Gast die gebuchte Unterkunft zur Verfügung zu stellen und der Gast ist verpflichtet, den vereinbarten Unterkunftspreis zu zahlen.
Rücktritt/Storno
Ein kostenfreier Rücktritt des Gastes ist daher ausgeschlossen. Reist der Gast erst gar nicht an oder tritt er während des Aufenthaltes vom Vertrag zurück, ist er verpflichtet, unabhängig von Grund und Zeitpunkt der Absage, den vereinbarten Preis abzüglich der ersparten Aufwendungen zu zahlen. Zu den ersparten Aufwendungen gehören z.B. Wäsche, Frühstück, Strom, Heizung.
Der Vermieter seinerseits macht sich schadensersatzpflichtig, wenn er dem Gast die gebuchte Unterkunft - z.B. wegen Überbuchung - und auch keine adäquate Ersatzunterkunft zur Verfügung stellen kann.
Nach der gültigen Rechtssprechung sind als ersparte Aufwendungen folgende Prozentsätze pauschal abzuziehen: [...]
