The 3 1/2-room holiday home with a large sun terrace and two balconies is in a particularly quiet location in the La Schmetta / Lenzerheide development. Perfect ski-in/ski-out - the ski slope with the Crestas ski lift is in front of the door. Lenzerheide with numerous shops and groceries, post office, banks, restaurants can be reached on foot in about 10 minutes. From the parking lot you can reach the holiday home via a footpath with external stairs (approx. 60 m). The house can accommodate a maximum of 5 people.
In the attic there is a cozy bedroom with a balcony. On the ground floor are the light-flooded living room with dining area, fireplace and balcony, kitchen and a bathroom with bathtub, as well as an entrance area. In the basement you will find a small base, the second bedroom and a patio with lounge furniture.
The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, oven, Nespresso and coffee machine, raclette and fondue dishes, etc.
