Villa Vittoria is an all year round habitable holiday home, located in an enclosed and thus secure residence with about 30 row houses. The residence has a very rare-to-find private, direct access to the sandy beach with infrastructure in the popular tourist destination of San Pietro in Bevagna in Apulia. In front of and behind the house one finds each a terrace and a garden - all furnitured. On about 80 square meters there are a spacious living area (sofa bed for 2 - 160cm) with an open kitchen and guest toilet and upstairs a bathroom and 2 bedrooms. All rooms are equipped with floor to ceiling windows / doors / flyscreens with access to a terrace or a balcony and air conditioners. Villa Vittoria was newly equipped and renovated in 2012.
