Extremely sunny holiday apartment with a large sun terrace and fantastic views of the mountains and the bay of Puerto de Soller.

The sandy beach and the promenade are only about 1 km away from the holiday apartment.

abgewohntes Appartment

Ein abgewohntes Appartment, welches nicht gebucht wurde (das gebuchte daneben war belegt-dort funktionierte der Fernseher nicht). Als Begrüßung ein Wasserschaden bei der Klimaanlage und eine Ameisenkolonie im Schlafzimmer. In der Wohnküche funktionierte eine!! Lampe von sieben. Uns wurde versprochen diese zu ersetzen, was aber in 10 Tagen nicht passierte - wir haben diese nach 6 Tagen und mehrmaliger vergeblicher Urgenz bei der Betreuerin (wurde nicht abgehoben oder abgedrückt) selber ersetzt. Der versprochene Handtuchwechsel fand nicht statt. Sonst halbwegs ausgestattet (Küchenzubehör, Reste von Gewürzen, ein beschädigter Wäscheständer und abgelegene diletantisch reparierte Liegen auf der Terrasse). Das Ganze war enttäuschend für diese Kosten und die Betreuung vor Ort war einfach überfordert oder .....

Sehr geehrter Herr Pachler,

besten Dank für Ihre Bewertung. Ich habe mir die Mühe gemacht und mich mit Ihrer Betreuerin Frau Sünkel in Verbindung gesetzt um Klarheit hier zu verschaffen. Folgende Mail hat Sie mir geschrieben:

"Hallo Kai,

ja wir hatten einen kleinen Wasserschaden durch einen überforderten Überlauf der Klimaanlage. Das war eine nicht verschlossene Revisionsklappe in der Decke (Übergang von Küche zum Bad): Die alte Revisionsklappe passte nicht mehr und so schnell war die Reparatur der Decke ohne die Mieter arg zu belästigen nicht möglich. Klima lief aber, ohne jegliche Funktionsstörung.

Ameisen können immer mal auftreten auch nachdem wir geputzt haben, das ist normal.
Der Besitzer war selber bis 25.8. erst in der Wohnung ID 1052 und dann in der ID 1053 um die Terrassenmöbel etc. wieder neu zu beschaffen bzw. zu reparieren. Leuchtmittel hatte der Besitzer selber jede Menge neu gekauft und den damaligen Mietern direkt in der Wohnung gelassen. Handtuchwechsel habe ich vergessen, gebe ich zu.

Wegdrücken tue ich die Telefonate nie, im Sommer sind die Netze aber oft überlastet wie wir alle wissen. Ich sage deswegen den Gästen aber immer bei Bezug, dass sie am besten eine Whatsapp/SMS schicken wenn etwas ist - die gehen immer durch. Abgehsehen davon halte ich mich jeden Tag in der Anlage auf weil ich ja die meisten dort Wohnungen betreue.

Das in der Nachbarwohnung der Fernseher nicht ging ist ja nicht das Problem dieses Gastes oder?

Wie Sie anhand der Mail sehen können, ist die Situation nicht so schlimm, wie von Ihnen dargestellt. Wiederum frage ich mich auch, wenn Frau Sünkel sich täglich in der Anlage befindet, Sie haben sich mehrfach getroffen, dass Sie die besagten Punkte nicht bei Ihr direkt reklamiert haben, um uns die Möglichkeit der Nachbesserung zu geben.

Es war wunderbar!

Eine traumhaft schöne Wohnung, absolut reichlich ausgestattet und mit einer wunderbaren Terrasse. Genauso, wie Sie es beschrieben hatten.

Von Handtüchern für die Gartenliegen über Gewürze und Küchenzubehör bis hin zu Wäscheklammern war alles vorhanden.

Wirklich prima!

Die Betreuung vor Ort war auch sehr sehr nett. Wir konnten dann doch schon früh rein und mussten am Abreisetag erst um 17 h raus – absolut perfekt!

Zwischendurch haben wir kurz mit dem Gedanken gespielt, eine Säge zu kaufen und den Baum weiter unten abzusägen, damit der Blick auf die Bucht kompletter wird :-)

Aber ansonsten war wirklich alles sehr gut!

Wir kommen bestimmt noch mal irgendwann wieder auf Sie zu!
Denn auch der schnelle und nette Kontakt während der Buchung war außergewöhnlich gut!
