Filleting place for fish by the holiday house with a roof over, light and running water. A shed for drying clothes etc., another shed for fishing equipment etc. 60 m to the floating jetty where a boat for rent of the brand Smartliner with 19 feet and 4 stroke 50 HP Yamaha outboard motor, GPS, sonar, and chart plotter. Extra boat for rent: 16 foot rowing boat with 4 HP Tohatsu.

Es bleibt dem Kunden unbenommen, den Nachweis zu führen, dass im Zusammenhang mit dem Rücktritt oder Nichtantritt des Ferienhausaufenthaltes DC kein oder ein wesentlich geringerer Schaden entstanden ist, als die von DC in der Pauschale (siehe unten) ausgewiesenen Kosten. Die pauschalierten Ansprüche auf Rücktrittsgebühren betragen in der Regel bei Rücktritt des Kunden:

Bis zum 60. Tag vor der Anreise 25 % des Preises, mindestens jedoch EUR 65,00.

Ab dem 59. bis 35. Tag vor der Anreise 50 % des Preises, mindestens jedoch EUR 65,00.

Ab dem 34. Tag bis zum 1. Tag vor der Anreise 80 % des Preises.

Am Anreisetag oder bei Nichterscheinen 100 % des Preises.
